Well, I think the expense of the "so forth" is such that we not bother =
putting on Capclave ever again.

Anyway, my posting of the Clarion thing was to spark discussion as to what =
to with the money.  I think sitting on it is not a good idea - I'd rather =
we set up a mechanism to deal with the spending ideas.  One of these ideas =
is that for any suggested spending over a certain amount (that figure to =
be determine bythe club) that such a motion be voted on at two consecutive =
meetings (preferably so that both VA & MD folks have an equal voice).

I believe we should use the money in some manner to benefit the club - and =
sitting on it is no benefit.

F'rinstance, future Capclave chairs could bring in a GoH that we normally =
couldn't afford.  Said GoH may not bring in the warm bodies to cover the =
cost, but I see it as a long term investment in the future well being of =
the club.
