Question for Sam and Keith:  Could we perchance post the current Constituti=
on and by-laws on the web site?  I can't remember when the last copy was pu=
blished for general distribution, and don't have it any more anyway.  Kind =
of suspect that Sam might have the only fully current copy extant.

I think we ought to be able to keep the definitive copy online and updated-=
-certainly updating could happen at the same time as the production of the =
WSFA Journal containing any amendments. Any thoughts?
