I ran that by Steve Sawicki, a friend of mine and Albacon's con chair
for next year. He's worked for an NPO for years and points out that it's
not about making a profit, but what you do with them. Still, there may
be some special category we fall into. Obviously there are NPO types
where making more than you spend isn't a problem...and if we're not one
of those already, I suggest we become one.

Judy would know the laws, but it seems to me that the girl scouts sell
lots of cookies without losing their non-profit status.  For that
matter, world fantasy probably made more than wsfa press ever did.
