I'm still waiting for lessons in how to use the Microsoft suite of
products that were installed about 1996. I learned how to use email by
talking to friends and pushing buttons until something works.

Those lines 9or equal signs or whatever) were inconsistently appearing
in my copies of the same emails.
Continuing on the upgrade news, in the Grand Tradition of the JHU
Press, we'll be getting some tuttorial about GroupWise 6.5 in the neear
future. Now, I believe most places tend to have "classes" about new &
improved software _before_ it's installed.
So far the only significant change is how email is addressed.
