I think that Mr. Bush has no plans for NASA.  He's articulated some
gauzy
concepts to make people feel good, but has no intention whatever of
actually funding them.  He can't:  he's gone and tax cut away all the
money
he needs to run a government.  The NASA plans are pure, cynical
politics
and nothing more.   Sorry.
