The mailing list is an *extremely* limited distribution.  The WSFA Journal
is open to the entire Internet.  Annoying as it may seem, I think your only
proper course  will be to obtain separate permission for every item you
want to quote.  In advance.

I recall an incident in recent memory involving people's screen names, and
a similar "opt-out" offer at the bottom of an email.  Pray God, let's not
go down that road again.
