The very first message on the list, in February 2002, said: It will be up to our secretary which messages to print in the WSFA Journal. If you don't want a particular message printed in the WSFA Journal, please say so in the message. I said substantially the same thing on this list in May, June, July, August, October, November, and December of 2002, in January, February, March, April, May, May again, June, July, August, September, October, November, and December of 2003, and in January, February, March, April, May, and now twice so far in June, of 2004. Nobody has ever said they objected to this policy. Nobody has ever said in a message that that message should not be reprinted in the WSFA Journal. However, since I'm completely unwilling to be raked over the coals again, I will explicitly ask for everyone's permission. Yes, I'd like *everyone* to post here and say whether I have their permission to reprint or excerpt their postings to this list in the WSFA Journal. Even when given blanket permission by someone I will of course use my judgement as to whether a posting should be seen by the world. Also, if someone likes, I will reprint their postings anonymously. I apologize for the inconvenience, and for the expected upcoming flood of boring messages.
