So, did anyone take advantage of the tickets and see
the movie? USAToday only gave it 2 stars. We saw a
preview of it before "Spider-man 2" and it made me
think of those
end-of-the-world-because-everyone-else-has-turned-into-a-zombie/vampire
movies.

I read a while ago that the movie was only using
Asimov's title, but the film was actually being done
from Jeff Vintar's "Hardwired" screenplay. For more
on this, USAToday has a standard "What! You expected
the book!!" article on films and SF today. I love one
of the quotes:

"There is such a rich trove out there," Davis says.
"I think science fiction will be hot the next four to
five years."

Oh, yeah. At least.
