I suspect this is correct. . .Ms. Cullin was before my time at WSFA, but
the address is up near the border with Montgomery County, MD.  Dave
Halterman had (for a while) a place within walking distance of Dupont
Circle.  I took part in at least one of those aforementioned poker
games.  He later rented a house on Geranium St., NW, where a meeting or two
was held.  Pretty sure at least one of those was an official meeting, as
opposed to a party.
