Yes and no. The ARA building was used in the early '50s -- before my time
(I joined in September, 1954). The first meeting I attended was in
Georgetown (I forget whose apartment it was); the next immediate meeting
was at Dot Cole's in Rosslyn, Virginia. The next meeting place after
that (more than half a year later) was in Wheaton at Nelson Griggs' house.
(I think you returned to the area while we were meeting at the Griggs'.)
