Barry, I say go for it.  You're now officially the LOC Event committee.

I think we need to do two things.
1. Visibility at the actual event.  We need to see what we can do to get flyers for both Capclave and WSFA distributed (or at least available) at the event.  And we should get as many WSFAns who can to show up in their WSFA T-Shirts.
2. Something extra for WSFA members with the writers, perhaps a dinner/extra discussion session.  I like your idea of partnering with SFWA.

I won't be able to attend the next WSFA meeting but I'll tell Veep Cathy to make sure this is discussed.
