   I was considering recipes and I came up with a rather
silly question. I have recipes for a "New York
Cheesecake".  Does any other place have its own style of
cheesecake?  Is there a California Cheesecake or a
Southern Cheesecake or a Texas Cheesecake?
Enquiring minds want to know.
