Actually I had seen references to Chocolate, lemon,
Bailey's, and other flavors of cheesecake, but only one
reference to a city. Was mainly thinking that New York
was the only city that needed its own type of cheesecake.
I had seen ricotta cheese cheesecake recipes but didn't
realize this was an Italian dish. Was it tasty?
