    No water in the recipe, but I gave each egg personal
and undivided attention with the electric mixer.
    This recipe wanted the cream cheese beaten
   1/2  the sugar added to the cream cheese, and then
beaten
   1/2  the sugar added and beaten
   sour cream and lemon juice and vanilla added and beaten
   2 egg yolks added and beaten
   6 eggs, 2 at a time added and beaten, but that seemed
kinky to me so I took one egg at a time and beat them each
in seperately.
