ONE OPINION

Given the period of austerity that WSFA has just gone through I do not feel
that WSFA should be spending 10 grand on a book venture until we have set
aside a nest egg at least equal to 5 years' operating expense (including
meetings and insurance) plus the maximum potential loss from at least one
Capclave.

Could someone with access to the proper financial figures calculate what
this amount should be?

Could we please set aside such a nest egg?

I assume the recent windfall is a one time only event.

I feel a bit uncomfortable with asking WSFAn's, who may be in tight,
personal, financial straits, to contribute to WSFA at every meeting if the
money isn't really needed anymore.
