    While the World Fantasy Account isn't wrapped up and
there are still outstanding charges against it, It feels
irresponsible to tap into it.  Somewhere between
embezzlement and juggling books.  The WSFA account is too
poor to think of publishing books.
   Mike are you really sure that money is really there?
