Dear Mr. Lynch:

My name is Charlesetta Taylor and I am the Stock Footage Manager for
KCTS Television a non-profit, public television broadcasting station and
Production Company. We are currently in production of a science series
titled, The Eyes of Nye a Bill Nye the Science Guy, in which science is
explained in an educational, yet entertaining manner. We are currently
producing an episode called Astrobiology. During research I found this
website for Science Fiction fans and was hoping that you could help. I
am currently looking for classic and vintage science fiction footage of
anything about humans going into space and or some bizarre sci-fi vision
of us (humans) searching the heavens.

If you do have such footage to allow us to use I would like to explain
that our program is educational and is solely focused on the field of
science, and the program will be airing on a public, non-profit
television station. Due to our non-profit status, we are operating on a
very limited income and working with a very tight budget however, we
want to honor any copyright and formally request 10 year to perpetuity,
worldwide rights to air the footage in our Astrobiology show and if we
can we will give an appropriate screen credits however you deem okay.

Thank you for your assistance in this matter!

Sincerely,

Charlesetta Taylor
