   Would anyone be interested in learning a new martial
art?  Well actually a very old one.  My naginata group is
sponsering a seminar at the end of October.  This is a
three day event with beginners welcome.  You could learn
the basics and if you thought it fun continue practicing
with us.
   Naginata is like having a Japanese sword on a 6 foot
stick.  Its very safe and can be practiced up till an
advanced age.  There are 80 year olds in Japan who can
really kick ass.
   There aren't many places or people who teach it in the
U.S. so take advantage of this opportunity.
