Mostly it takes time. You have to submit the fee (what it is nowadays I don't know, but I suspect it is still in the neighborhood of $50 for the weekend) and let them process it. I suspect they will want to know the approximate number of attendees. It takes a couple of weeks. I have sources I can query if you want to know more.
