As we discussed at Capclave, there's "A Space Child's
Mother Goose," by Fredric Winsor, illustrated by Marian
Parry.  Last Sunday's WP Book Review liked a new
illustrated and abridged book of "Gonna Roll the Bones,"
by Fritz Leiber.
