There was discussion at the last WSFA meeting regarding this list and
the question of behavior.  Do in no part to the recent political &
post-Capclave flurry of messages, many of them cranky.

There was a suggestion & discussion of turning the list into a
moderated list.

As usual, the classics address this issue: "Sed quis custodiet ipsos
custodes? "  which roughly translates as : "Who will watch the
watchmen?"  As much as I trust & love y'all, I'd rather not have a hall
monitor.
