WSFA does not have its own arrangements for accepting credit cards, which I think costs some substantial sum.  Baltimore Worldcon 1998 kindly lets local conventions and groups use its credit card system. That's why Capclave purchases show up as Baltimore Worldcon.

I've already suggested that if we do a DC bid, the corporation supporting it should not have a date in its name.
