The 56th World Science Fiction Convention was Bucconneer, held in
Baltimore in 1998. See http://worldcon.org/wclist.html for a list
of all Worldcons.

Their corporate structure and bank accounts still exist, and continue
to be used for various purposes, including a student contest and the
DC in 2011 Worldcon bid.
