WSFA does not own the merchand card service. Bucconeer does (or more
correct, the Baltimore Worldcon 1998, Inc.). We have their permission to
make use of their merchant card system as long as we pay the merchant fees
(approximately 3%). That corporation would have to change, and WSFA is not
large enough to be able to attract a merchant card servicer at anything less
than 5%. We don't do enough business. As they say, any port in a storm...
