Somehow, "Librarian Police" seems very Canadian.

"Unhand that book, sir, or I shall be required to fine you severely, and
to possibly revoke your borrowing privileges." exclaimed Colleen Cahill
of the RCBP.

"Nevah! Nevah!" Quoth the dastardly book hoarder. "Take one step further
and I'll blow all these books into confetti!"

"Well, at least they're not tied to a railroad track."

It's time for the Library Police! Standing for quiet, literacy and the
Dewey Decimal way, able to leap over a card catalog, its a book, its a
record, its Super Librarian!
