Interestingly, Ted White said:

No, she was definitely Elizabeth Ann. Bettyann was her fathers pet name
for her, and you probably never heard her called anything else. I can't
speak to alcoholism, but Phyllis was an invalid when I found the club, and
there were any number of meetings at the Berg's home where folks wandered
into her bedroom to visit. She ultimately passed away, as did Bill a few
years later.

For a while, Betty and Kevin were staff programmers at Scientific
Timesharing, which has by now gone through a couple of takeovers. I have
no idea what she's doing now, but based on my last contacts, I'm sure she's
managing reasonably well.
