Some points: The major cell phone companies are talking about 411 list, but these are not going to be on paper. Verzion apparently is not talking about this. IF this happens, it will be an "opt in" meaning you must say yes to be listed. So cell phone users will be informed before this happens and will NOT be listed unless you want to be listed. It is currently illegal for telemarketers to call cell phones; if you've changed your land line number to a cell, well....get on the national Do Not Call registry. This can be done with land or cell so why not? The Do Not Call does not apply to companies you have a pre-existing relationship with or some charities. I can't think of a single time when I've seen these "MUST READ" type e-mails when the info has been accurate.
