Argh matey, ye should've asked some the old pharts... <g>

homes are or were, and where the StarCall

"The First Friday meeting in August will be held at the StarCall
Convention; location: Rosslyn Westpark Hotel situated at 1900 N. Fort
Myer Drive in Arlington, VA. " <http://www.wsfa.org/journal/j83/8/>

I was finally stymied by Unicon 1983. I'm pretty sure it

A Google of Unicon "silver spring" gets this page:
<http://www.readersadvice.com/cons/con00.html> which has a list of
cons attended.

Unicon 1982 - Silver Spring, Sheraton Inn
Unicon 8 (1983) - Silver Spring, Sheraton Inn
Unicon 1984 - Silver Spring, Sheraton Inn
Unicon 10 (1985) - Silver Spring, Sheraton Silver Spring

n.b.: The Sheraton Silver Spring is now the Hilton Silver Spring, home
of 2 past Capclaves.

UniContinuity Party/Unicon 86 -Silver Spring, Church of the Ascension
Unicon 87 - Annapolis, Holiday Inn
Unicon 88 - Annapolis, Holiday Inn
Unicon 13 - Annapolis, Holiday Inn

More than you wanted to know...

There's a bunch of references for Unicon at

I have a recollection of either Dan Hoey or John Sapieza hosting some
WSFA event at their DC apartments ages upon ages ago.
