The new trade pb, issued 9/04, sold the following numbers at Ingram: Sept - 141 Oct - 102 Nov - 183 Mass market has these numbers: Sept - 533 Oct -379 Nov -428 And there's this at the top of the page "Waiting for Publisher Reprint". Now, all of these numbers are orders from bookstores (independents, chains, online). What is actually sold is another matter.
