I've ridden the B30 bus from Greenbelt to BWI several times. It's
$0.90 with a bus-to-bus transfer, $1.10 with a rail-to-bus transfer,
$2.00 with neither. It goes directly from the Metro station to the
BWI airport main terminal.

Return trips are all $2.00.

If you use a SmarTrip card, the transfer discounts are handled
automatically.

It also goes to the BWI light rail staion, from which you can take
light rail to downtown Baltimore or to Hunt Valley -- a convenient
way to get to cons in those locations.

There's a similar bus from a different station to Dulles Airport.
DCA Airport is directly on Metro.
