We're getting closer to the point of the electronic book.  The major hurdle
(who would risk carrying around a $300 device that can get lost/broken/wet
just to read a $6.00 book) has been answered.  The same people who carry
around iPods to play music from a $12 cd.  Now all we need is to put a
screen capable of displaying a book page on them.
