I suppose it was just a matter of time, there's nothing groundbreaking in
any of the technologies involved.  Camera/Display/Digitizer/Plotter.

I wonder how long it will be before kiosk machines to appear in  Borders that
have "recordings" of scads of authors' signatures on file...buy  your book,
type in your name for personalization, and the machine does the  rest.  It
could even read the UPC barcode on the cover to make sure that  the latest
Danielle Steel masterpiece doesn't receive Stephen King's  autograph.
