The Johns Hopkins University Press, America's oldest university press.

& I was one of about 40 folks still with W 95. Those machines are gone
(or are in the process of being replaced).

I guess it depends upon what one needs. Me: WordPerfect & Word (ick),
Excel, email via GroupWise, and maybe one or two otherminor things. So
far no problems.

Well, comparing Firefox on an XP Pro machine and Netscape 4.7 on a W 95

Actually it was the newish Director who thought all of this penny ante
purchasing was "penny wise, pound foolish". & since she was previously
the CFO for thePress, well, she should know.

One thing to take into account, we receive no money from the
University, we have to pay our way. Which is not that common in
university press publishing.
