As you all know, I've been researching the history of WSFA.  As part
of this, I've done Google searches and death index searches for the
seven founders of WSFA.  To my surprise, one of them, Phyllisann
Courtis, appeared to still be living, despite Joe Mayhew's claim in a
1995 WSFA Journal that Chick Derry had been the last surviving founder.

A few days ago, I emailed her to ask if she could confirm that she was
the same Phyllisann Courtis.

Today I got a reply, from her daughter Lisa, confirming that she had
indeed been one of WSFA's founders.

And that she died yesterday.
