I just received copies of The Lovecraft Chronicles by Peter Cannon
(reviewed here: http://www.lsu.edu/necrofile/lovecraft14.htm).  It
consists of 3 memoirs of HPL who died in 1960.

If anyone is interested, let me know.  It's a $15 trade pb and it's
goingto Boskone.
