Elspeth and other interested in old WSFA photos, it turns out there
*was* a problem with the http://www.wsfa.org/pichist directory,
involving uppercase references to lowercase filenames.  I've fixed it.

The finance committee met after the main meeting.  I didn't attend
their meeting.  Do they have a report to be appended to the minutes?
