At 3:00 I'll be getting the contract and addendums signed by the Hilton
Washington DC and Silver Spring; Michael and I have already signed them
ourselves.  So, we have a hotel for the next two years, and the details
follow in the requests to the WSFA Webmaster.

Keith, could you please -

- Change the link on the main WSFA page so that Capclave now goes to 2005
rather than 2004?

- On the Future Capclaves page, "Capclave 2005 will be held . . . " can now
read:

"Capclave 2005 will be held October 14 - 16 at the Hilton Washington DC and
Silver Spring, the home of the '02 and '03 Capclaves.  Chaired by Michael
J. Walsh, with Howard Waldrop and Patrick and Teresa Nielsen Hayden as
guests of honor."

On that same page, for '06 could you change it to read ". . . will be held
at the same hotel the same weekend."

- On the Capclave 2005 page you can now put in

Oh, I nearly forgot; these are the current program participants with more
to come.  Yes, the capitalization is supposed to be like that, since it
matches the flyer -- we'll deal with the graphics later.

I've also pulled the membership and contact information off of the flyer,
which you really will get soon.  It's just that we're crunching to get
things done in time for Boskone.  When I get back from the hotel and other
things I need to do I'll see if I can snag more stuff from the flyer for
you in text format, as there's more than I can type in quickly.
