I like the middle one because it's not lavender and the text is
centered. But the intensity of color on the third is better balanced, and
the rocket is cleaner.

No, he doesn't object; the only thing he ever said about the logo was when
I asked him about the text going over the rocket rather than under and he
promptly came up with a reason. He'd thrown it together and probably
hadn't even thought about the lettering going over or under. (Nor did he
think about putting a date on the flyer until it was pointed out to him and
after he'd made two reams of copies.)

Nor does he approve, as he's not involved in this. To the best of my and
anyone's knowledge he's gafiated completely and no longer has any interest
in any of this. But if people really want I can call the folks -- I owe
them a phone call anyway -- and ask that they pass a message along to him,
asking if he minds our changing the colors. Personally I'd advise against
this but if people want a less biased opinion about getting him involved
you might want to ask Erica, as she used to work with him and he later
worked for her husband.

I'm fine with this one and have always considered it WSFA property as it
was made for a WSFA flyer and has been used on the WSFA website for years.

But if a casual remark of mine is going to result in my having to continue
discussing my ex-husband, and trying to do so without going into details
about him, please, let's pull the blasted thing and leave the page blank
until someone comes up with another one.
