I, however, don't agree. On the logical level, I don't know of any group, fannish or otherwise, that puts credit for their logo on their website or anywhere else. Likewise, it was work for hire and belongs to WSFA. We've been using it for at least eight years, as the last time Dan even attended a meeting was in '97, and haven't had a problem with it; there is nothing that needs to be "covered". On a personal level, I do *not* want to have to see his name every time I pull up the WSFA website. I have been trying to be tactful about this but while I've made my peace with him he was abusive to the point of landing me in the psych ward, convinced me to check myself out early and against medical advice because he needed me at home, promptly started up again, and in the end probably saved my life by leaving me. Generally I manage pretty well but a decade of that sort of thing leaves damage, as you saw at SMOFcon. Sometimes I'm fine but there are times when a reminder of those years is not healthy. Such as -- since I apparently wasn't sufficiently clear about it earlier -- right now. Could we please drop this line of discussion here and now, and focus on the logo itself? If you want to bury a credit somewhere on the back pages, that's fine. But I would greatly appreciate the club respecting my preferences on this. Elspeth
