And I completely agree with your comments. I especially have little hope of ever winning a silver rocket (we know that Locus will always take that one home) but I sure would like one of those tie tacks. I'm another relative newcomer to WSFA (unless you count the many Disclaves that I attended) but I've always been proud to have an affiliation to a fan organization with such strong roots and so much active talent. I predict that WSFA will have many more Hugos amongst it's members in the years to come. Michael D.
