Considering the Journal is not the same as voting for it. Excluding
something without consideration is contrary to making a fair, honest Hugo
vote. How many of us nominate for Hugos without having read/viewed every
possible choice? I guess we can all raise our hands in some area, as we
all know there is likely something we will miss. So broadening our
horizons is a good thing, especially something we do know about a
title. I agree with Ernest: include the Journal, SFRevu and Ninth Degree
in your Hugo-vote readings.
