Every possible choice?  Well, that's a propeller beanie of a different
color.

However, being aware of the history of the award, knowing what fanzines
have been nominated in the past is useful.

I have yet to get a rational explanation as to why John L. Flynn has
been nominated for a fanwriter Hugo, unless it wasa class asignment to
his students.  It may stroke his ego, but it makes a mockery of the
process.

Not that block voting hasn't been noticed before.

All the more reason to check out the fanzines Alexis receives.
