Why is it having problems?  Expecting more development in the area than
happened?  That's too bad.  I can see why the food court would still be
doing ok given all the office space in the vicinity.  That's the main thing
I've used when attending events at the Hunt Valley since Balticon moved out
(other cons and the occasional computer/robotics show).
