It would be redundent. The Capclave organizing list is open to everyone. There is a huge overlap between the Capclave list an this list.

1. Anybody who wants on the Capclave list is welcome.
2. It avoids clogging the main list with things like "Use the newly updated PDF to Print".
3. Not everyone on the WSFA list cares or is interested in organizational minuitnae.

Fandom has a wonderful tradition of inclusiveness, but not everyone has to get all information on everything. There is simply no need. It's there, it's available, and it's a matter of but a few mouse clicks to get it. Any thing of mind blowing importance would be shared with the club anyway.
