Having looked over the WSFA bylaws, there is nothing in them that states
anything about limiting meetings to locations only with public
transportation. To quote:

"The place and time for the next meeting shall be designated by the Chair
before the meeting adjourns."

I also see nothing that allows the WSFA Secretary to veto an offer made by
a member.

This seems a decision for the Club members to make at a meeting.
