These days he's going by Connor Freff Cochran.  He's Peter Beagle's
business manager.  Beagle is the owner of the Pangborn (Edgar & Mary)
Estate.  I publish Pangborn.

Freff was married to Amy Sefton and both were regulars in the East
Coast con circuit lo these many decades ago.  He was a member of LASFS
ages ago, where he was known as Jeff Cochran, see:
