Subject: [WSFA] Stone Ridge book megasale

For those who didn't know, the 15th, 16th, and 17th of April are the dates
of the Stone Ridge Book Sale, at a school campus on Wisconsin Avenue just
inside the Beltway.  (Just north of the Naval Medical Center.)  That's the
one where they fill two gymnasium rooms full of books, spread out on
tables by subject but not alphabetized, and keep refilling the tables for
two days.  Tamar and I have gone the last three years and come away with
much loot, from stf paperbacks to a nifty unused set of software
(Laplink).

If you hit the place you may want to bring a sandwich -- there's nothing
to eat in the area but the coffee and doughnuts the girls sell (at
reasonable rates, considering they have an exclusive franchise...)
