Besides starting with the cursor above the text, it also includes: ">----- Original Message -----" above the quoted text, and doesn't, by default, do the standard ">" indenting of the quoted text. The net effect is to encourage people to top post...and most do. There are lots of other reasons to hate Outlook and it's lite version...and those include the reason why I're renamed them: security vulnerabilities. Those lead not only to damage to the user's system but add to the proliferation of SPAM and viruses on the net in general.
