FWIW, two of the novels currently have no US editions:

The Algebraist, Iain M. Banks (Orbit)
River of Gods, Ian McDonald (Simon & Schuster UK)=20

The Banks will be published by Night Shade and is scheduled for September, =

There is no US edition scheduled for the McDonald.

Anyway, I'll be in London the week of May 15th, so if anyone wants =
either/both of these let me know. As for cost, double the UK price, drop =
the pound sign, add the dollar sign.  So the McDonald at =A312.99 would =
cost you about $26.00.
