   I've never had the right amount of leftovers to make a
chicken pot pie.  I've always had to start with stewing a
raw chicken and cutting up the vegetables.
    The pie crust is the best part of a chicken pie.  I
don't like restaurants which use phylo dough as a crust.
 Or Biscuit crusts. I prefer having biscuits seperate not
on top of the chicken.
